What we collect and why
We only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it for the reason given here:
- Contact and quote forms: the details you type in (such as your name, email address, phone number and message), so we can reply to you.
- Bookings: your name, contact details and the time you choose, so we can arrange your appointment.
- Chat: the messages you send to the chat assistant on this site. Answers are written automatically by an AI assistant; if you ask to be contacted, we receive your message and contact details.
- Visitor statistics: we count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.
After a booking or an order, we may send you one e-mail asking for a review. You do not have to answer it.
Cookies and your browser
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. It saves a few settings in your browser — for example your language, your privacy choices or your shopping cart — so the site works as you expect.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that run this website and its features for us (such as hosting and email delivery), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete messages and requests sent through this site after 24 months.
